Five star service 🩷 Initially I arranged a viewing of some bags with Liberty who I’d spoken to on the phone and told what I was wanting. The following day we visited and were very well looked after by Liberty and Ruby who were both really lovely. The girls had got several different bags out for me to look at and went through everything clearly. They also very kindly looked after my little one, getting her a fan to keep her cool (these things never go unnoticed, thank you). We came away with the most beautiful handbag!
