Shipping policy

At Luxe Cheshire, every order is carefully packaged and securely dispatched.
UK Delivery
All UK orders are sent via a fully insured, tracked next working day courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details to monitor its journey.
International Delivery
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, fully tracked and insured for complete peace of mind. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Please note that any import duties, taxes, customs charges or other local fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
All orders are fully insured whilst in transit. In the unlikely event that an issue arises during delivery, Luxe Cheshire will work directly with the courier to resolve the matter.
