Legendary’ isn’t a term we use lightly, but it might just be an understatement for footwear designer Monolo Blaknik A true artisan, he freehand sketches each design, whittles down the lasts and cuts the patterns of each prototype himself - as he has done for almost 50 years. As iconic as the man himself, the Maysale mules are cast in lustrous satin and topped with a handmade Swarovski crystal-encrusted buckle that’s inspired by those worn by European society ladies in paintings from the late 19th century. These ones are stunning and only worn once! Current rrp £825!
